Yesterday I was in a car accident on the freeway I was driving on the freeway trying to visit family and I ran over a tire that someone had left in the road I blew out my two driver side tires and tore a hole in my transmission I took it to the dealership for them to assess and they came back and said that due to severe damage in my wheel wells that caused my shocks my control arms my ball joints and so many other things I can t even remember they would all need to be replaced and repaired My transmission pan needs to be repaired as well as all fluids need to be reinserted back into my car There are several other things that were going on under the hood but I wasn t able to grab all the notes down But I will be posting an itemize sheet when I get access to it Due to this unfortunate side of events I am now faced with a 5300 bill This is an astronomical expense that I have never planned for it And my insurance will not cover any of it I have Geico insurance but living in Las Vegas they were charging me upper 2600 a year for minimum liability coverage It only came to my attention today that I did not have any kind of collision coverage at all I am posting this goal with open my heart and hope that maybe we can make some leeway or progress towards it to help me in this dire situation I know that we probably won t get anywhere near the full amount And that s OK But any and every little bit helps during this really scary time I m currently stranded in a small town in California in the desert and I m away from all my family I am alone and scared and I am freaking out as I have no access to any kind of laptop or Internet other than the cell service this is a really scary time for me and I just don t wanna be alone So every little bit helps even if it s just love
