80kg 110kg I have a solid shoot next month and I m starting to build my body to try some new techniques I want to be able to carry and release an 80kg person that means I should be able to deadlift and squat at 110kg I feel like I had a great grip and core strength when I worked for a mover so I m pretty sure I m doing the right moves and exercises to my goals Maybe I ll talk to my friend s mover and get a part-time job
