One of my friends invited me to a small art exhibition yesterday and I almost didn t go But I pushed myself to get out of my head and into the world nbsp And you know what It was exactly what I needed There was this one piece abstract dark colors and it just hit me in the gut I spent way too long in front of it lost in my thoughts and I realized how much art can mirror our own struggles I don t always have it together Some days I feel exhausted by the noise in my head But sometimes stepping into a new space looking at something beautiful can help put everything into perspective What do you do when you feel like everything is just too much
