UPDATE ON MY CAT MR SIR Mr Sir came home from the vet last night around 5pm He had most of his tail amputated as a result of an attack form another animal his injuries suggest it was either a dog or coyote that got him by the tail as he was trying to escape up a fence or tree almost all of this claws are ripped off down to his toes because he was fighting for his little life so his feet are really hurting him along with his tail he really hates the cone but we have to wear it unfortunately even with the cone he can still reach his tail so ive ordered a donut cone to add to the mix and im hoping both of them together will keep him from reaching the wound my poor baby he was in a lot of pain last night and also very loopy from the anesthesia so i was up almost all night with him helping him go potty eat drink and get comfy finally around 7am this morning he got comfy enough to sleep for a few hours so i joined him on that nap he got a fresh round of pain meds this morning and is doing a lot better now it seems he purrs when i touch him this has been a really unexpected series of events and being in the middle of a big move has me extremely tight on cash his vet bill was over 1k and is definitely putting me in a bit of a rough financial situation this month i am thinking about doing a little fundraiser here for him and please do not feel obligated to contribute in any way - your kind and caring messages alone have been an incredible support over the last couple days however if you would like to help me cover a small part of his vet bill you can either tip on this post and i will return your gesture with a content bundle to match the amount tipped OR you can order any content from me via DMs customs PPV etc anything helps even just a kind message or a like on this post thank you for reading and thank you for caring about my little guy this cat means so much to me and its been killing me to see him in so much pain my heart is hurting for him thank you again for the outpouring of love amp support we appreciate you so much
