I finally got my fitness assessment with a personal trainer and the results were even worse than I was expecting He measured my weight and used a device to calculate my BMI and body fat percentage Both were very high I guess it s true what they say- you are what you eat And a shocking percentage of my body is useless jiggly fat I was already embarrassed about my current level of fitness before I went to the gym Already embarrassed about my size and trying to hide myself under plain clothing and a hat And that s before we even got started evaluating my stamina and core strength My feeder managed to sneakily record one of the workouts they had me doing- but there were more Squats and planks and pushups I honestly did much worse than I was expecting I would do 12 months ago I was actually getting pretty buff I could flex my arms and you could see the muscles showing through But ever since I stopped going to the gym they once again disappeared under a heavy layer of soft fat Well Just like when I started out on Curvage I ve got another vacation coming up And I d like to drop 20 pounds before I go I intend to be on the beach in a swimsuit and I can t have my fat belly hanging out all over the place Over the next few months you guys will have front row seats to my success or failure at getting fit
