I FINALLY installed my pole It has been quite the ordeal my pole got stuck in customs then I had to get a special piece for it then I thought I broke it lol ANYWAY it s up and I m having a very fun time learning It has been a very humbling experience so far I had no silly fantasies of this being easy but damn it s HARD I can do a far amount of push-ups I swim and I surf occasionally so I thought I had some upper body strength turns out I have NONE lol But I m gonna practice loads and get better Big thank you to those who contributed tips towards it I will be sending out a naughty thank-you in the form of a pole dance video once I get a little better xo
