So I m sitting here I just had the best and stupidest discovery on top of everything else I ve experienced just TODAY after a freakin funeral and idk if this is gonna go through cuz everything it s tried to post has literally taken 2 hours But I FOUND ACCESS TO THE VEGAN BOOKS I BOUGHT MONTHS AGO I HAVE NOT BEEN EATING WELL LATELY MY FRIENDS Lots of stuff I know my body does not want And I felt so motivated to start taking stuff from her E book She s helped me a lot with cultivating a better mindset about food and I knew when I was ready to start taking responsibility for myself and what I put in my body I would buy her book and make everything and memorize it by heart This is perfect timing Tomarrow is the first day of august I am going to COMMIT When I get home now I m gonna go to the grocery store and buy all kinds of fruits and veggies then MAKE FOOD for myself and my family And I want to share that journey with you guys too AND IM READY TO DO THAT this is going to coincide with shaving my head evolving into something new I m going to become a plant based buzzed badass THE TRANSFORMATION BEGINS TOMORROW
