Hello it s me Once again I want to apologize for not being very consistent with posting through here So many things happening these days it seems I m still trying to find my ground I ve had to do a lot of self reflection and shadow work lately It s funny cuz I recently got into a new cycle a few days ago on releasing and advancing which is all about past traumas coming up and giving you the opportunity to finally heal those wounds for real It describes perfectly how I began feeling a few days ago Anyway I felt scared to share those lower moments which is why I have not been posting But from this point forward that ends because the whole point of being alive to so be who you are and share that with the world free of shame and judgement I wrote a small little song which might someday have more lyrics but that s the second side It just came to me this morning out of no where and like always I have no clue why I wrote it
