Sensual Morning Movement Medicine in the Yoga Shala I woke up early before any of my chef duties to drop in with myself sun shining on my skin and nature sounds around me Slowinggg thingsss downnnn allows me to really feel what s coming up and in that moment my body needed some grounding attentive touch and caresses When I showed up to assist the Tantra Retreat again my intention was to be a conduit of joy and a permission slip for the attendees to PLAY and feel comfy in their bodies But the universe had other plans for me Unexpected health issues arose causing intense pain and I totally was not feeling my fullest most vibrant energetic Self which surfaced a lot of guilt Fortunately I was so freaking supported by the facilitators and assistant team and it alchemized into a beautiful growth moment for me I learned to take care of myself instead of abandoning myself to please others I learned that it s okay to not be okay More on this soon but plz enjoy these calming sultry moments before my impacted wisdom tooth went awry lol
