I have flexibility goals to reach I have my right leg split and really close on left leg but I ve never had middle so I am making that a goal I also just want to be more flexible in all of my stretches I m also working on hand stand holds I m very good at walking long distance or in one spot but I can t hold in one spot without walking very long Once I get a bit better at flexibility I want to work on some calisthenics I ll be updating you on this progress This video is just a bit of stretching I thought my ass looked good so you re welcome lol
