My BREAST AUGMENTATION Journey Here is a Tutorial in which I talk a little about my Plastic Surgery Journey I answer the question why I had to get a second boob job and give tips to those that are thinking about getting one done Furthermore I talk about the topic of self love accepting yourself vs altering the body I was often criticised for being a yoga teacher and yet altering my looks through plastic surgery The body our looks and aesthetics don t have much to do with yoga There can be a clear separation between ones physical being and ones real self ones essence Understanding that separation and being aware that the physical whether we modify it or not is ephemeral is one of the most profound teachings Not getting attached to our bodies looks etc - but that doesn t mean we have to let ourselves go or can t find pleasure in being fit or making ourselves beautiful and dressing up etc Another lesson that lies in this tutorial is about judgement People tend to judge others for anything also for getting plastic surgery For working out too much for working out too little For having tattoos piercings - whatever It s not from Yoga but Buddhism that I learned to not judge anyone that it only creates negativity And that its only role is to boost ones own ego to feel above the person you re judging I could keep talking but I will stop here and give you this topic and these questions as a little food for thought for now sending you so much LOVE
