I TOOK ON THE JELLIES YESTERDAY I was doing flips and handstands in the water and I did a flip and felt burning and stinging all over my legs My instant thought was jellyfish so I swam as fast as I could in the direction I came from to not swim more into them or it I made my way to shallower water and then the shore checking for squiggly red lines but saw none I sat on the beach for a while and red bumps started to form The pain honestly wasn t that bad at all It felt like stinging and tingling So I went and asked the lifeguard and she said yup those are jellyfish stings Me smiling from ear to ear because I GOT STUNG BY A JELLYFISH One of the COOLEST things ever She said after a little while the reaction would go away and it did but I have always like jellyfish and I just think it s awesome I m now a vampire jellyfish queen I m just thankful it was on my legs and not something like my face I love the ocean SOOOO much and I m honestly thankful for this experience Sometimes it s the little things that mean something to you that you know others wouldn t react to the same way that show you just how unique you are Celebrate it my darkling
