poly_cypress_vip our girlfriend rainbow-girl and I started our journey with flow toys about 6 months ago Poly chose rope dart as her flow modality Rainbow Girl chose the dragon staff and I chose poi Though admittedly we ve caught the flow bug and have half a dozen other flow toys we tinker with as well Watching someone perform any of the flow arts always melts my brain I love that there can be so many different styles of the same craft While I m still incredibly novice I caught a taste of what it feels like to be in the flow state these arts induce and I want more I haven t spun fire yet but stand-by because I can t wait What do you do to get in your flow state
