WE NEED A CHECK IN i took a break last month to finish a long over due training i thought i could briefly step away from being creative and scheduling shoots filming and then return with the same energy but i was soooo wrong july brought an increase in my therapy caseload which is AMAZING and I have been working toward these goals for a while i have been absolutely drained most days look like work 12 hours then sleep 12 hours multiple hours of unwrapped snuck in i feel like i need a factory reset or energetic jolt i appreciate all your love amp messages and will be taking some time this weekend to respond back
