We thought we d start posting our routines on here and give you guys an insight on how we like to bodybuild and Maybe give some tips This morning is just a something I try to do every morning before I start my day just to give myself a little kickstart to the day we don t usually go to the gym til later So this morning I did 5 sets of these and 10 reps of each but 20 reps of pushups Routine Crunches Pushups Knee-ups Scissor kicks Light weight RDL Back-Fly Standard curl Also enjoy the video
