Hi here s some quick clips of my morning routine targeting mostly lower body and abs I do all leg exercises with resistance bands I try to do these every morning - 1 minute and 30 second plank 30 plank twists and 1 minute normal plank - 30 second side plank each side but I forgot to film this one - 100 squats - 1 minute pulsing squats - 50 ankle kickbacks each side - 50 glute bridges - 50 frog bridges - 50 bridges with a b d u c t i on - 100 plank twists Feel free to try it out and let me know what you think
