Naked work out vlog leg day I am just getting back into exercising after YEARS of being semi active I have a spine injury from a horse racing accident decades ago so I have to be super careful with how hard I push myself or I ll end up injuring myself like the last time I went hard on exercising it hurt to walk for a few months after that So I m taking it SLOW this time This is for longevity anyways not really trying to get jacked in 2 weeks yaknow I m still made of jello but we will see what I can do when I get used to actually moving again Are you also exercising I d love to get another adjustable weight so I can actually balance properly during lunges it s a lot harder to do it with just one weight lol
