Unsticker version lol Okay so guys here where I ll drop my workout tips list gt not a professional here s just what worked for me Disclaimer I am a woman 5 3 weight 138lbs took me two years to grow my ab definition gt so take that information use it with whatever 1 Try do your workouts in the morning no an empty stomach or eat soft things like a smoothie you can take inspiration from mine but its always good to start at ur own flow can do at night if u have the most energy 2 For abs doing workout on ur back like the for example toes lifts are really fast way to see progress when training abs Flexibility is really important as we get older so make sure to care about that more than just getting jacked Vacuum is also very helpful and important You can do this doing every day task like cleaning up or at work if you work a handy job 3 Eat high protein foods with a mix of carbs like rice amp sourdough bread try to stay away from heavy stuff like oat meal or heavy bread grains side note I have IBS IBD so I can t have a lot of heavy foods so I think that helps with the inflammation reducing diet gt I recommend get a food allergy test before hand because some foods your allergic to your eating daily causing bellly inflammation so seems like fat when it s just bloating There s no such thing as bad foods if you re not allergic to it 4 This is really corny but like I said be consistent You might have no time like at a 5-9 but depending on what ur doing you can make your lifestyle active to help with ur goals I did warehouse work lifting heavy boxes all day on my feet for 10 hours a day along with 20mins of ab workouts at home before or afterwards work thats when i see the fastest results I appreciate you all amp can t wait to do more content like this
