Hi have a nice Tuesday everyone So today we have 33 photos and 2 videos hopefully it won t be too much for you Which photos do you like the most so I know for next time I tried to measure my arms and chest again after some time as you will see I was not very good at it And indeed both seem to be a bit bigger although I didn t add to my chest Arms 53cm last time I think it was 50cm Chest 119cm last time I think it was 116cm I can try to measure other things next time if you want
