Friday Chest Day - A lot of the time I ll finish my Chest Workouts off with an isolation fly exercise The reason for this is to have my Chest thats already pumped full of bl00d from my prior exercises contracting out of their lengthened position Because you are naturally weaker in a lengthened position you can t lift anywhere as much weight as you can through other compound movements - but thats great You don t need much load to get the job done and get your chest responding with growth Now time to get home and EAT
