The video was a huge wake up call for me I think I need to get sober sober sober Things that are small are just massive for me I don t think anyone can understand This doesn t negate my soberness with coke I m proud of that accomplishment Did I go into panic attack today after this yes Naked people watch I perceive people care peace of mind I m literally just trying to survive but it s not getting better I am not panicking now so that s good I let my family know what s going on and I plan to tell doctors too If I knew I was doing it to myself then I wouldn t do this
