Big different from my usual innuendo posts But I like to share this side of me also Sunday reset why I mean it doesn t need to be a Sunday but a reset in general is kinda when you decide you want better for yourself so you reset Work on replacing the bad habits and cycles and focus on implying good habits amp routines Ones that lift you up amp make you feel happier in general Deciding to have a reset for me is deciding to put yourself first by that it s taking care of what takes care of you what brings more peace and less anxiety into your life what aids those feel good pheromones and feelings Removing the bad habits are things that take from you and your peace and don t add to you and your day to day life So a reset in its self is a way of saying FXCK you to the egotistical self the self that keeps you stuck the self that keeps you in cycles and bad patterns the self that doesn t want the best for you Silencing that voice and taking back your power within yourself and your life That s where self esteem is built that s where confidence is built and that s where your self respect is crafted Everything you do that causes you to feel bad about yourself is to do with your past Bad cycles and patterns are formed to keep you stuck to keep you down and to keep you from shining into your best self You aren t defined by who you think you are your defined by who you want to be Sadie Gibbs UndefinableLiving It takes time it takes resilience it takes persistence it takes being triggered and relapsing back into cycles and bad patterns in things and people but each time you will pull yourself back into the RESET so much quicker That s GROWTH that s progress that s becoming who you want to be Never forget you re a human with thoughts feelings and a lot of emotions it s what makes us beautiful and tragic Yet sometimes it s quite something to see the two of them combined ITS BEING REAL And genuine showing who you are in all forms takes COURAGE Most just sit back in their issues judging others whilst you wear them like war paint Remember your BEAUTIFUL even when your TRAGIC
