A little update Was sick for an entire week and couldn t hit the gym for 6 days I have been back to the gym the past 3 days but haven t been able to go nearly as hard as I want to Still not 100 percent but getting there A little setback but that s life for you I m currently shopping for jockstraps to try in an upcoming video If anyone has any suggestions on good ones let me know I ve never had one before
