Happy Tuesday almost Wednesday lol today was a busy busy day However I did do a tantric bath that I made into a video for you and it was probably the most relaxing part of my day I focused on nourishing my senses hot water orange and frankincense essential oils I even enjoyed a coffee while I was in there it was good I was mindful of how my hair felt in my hands while shampooing I was aware of what it sounded like on my head while being transformed into suds The firm brush of the towel scrubbing my skin with body wash I took some deep breaths and released tension from my body I enjoyed the light shining through my bathroom window And I brought my awareness to the different parts of my body as I dried off with a towel It was a great grounding experience and was very relaxing
