I found this at home pole workout video I made back in March when I skipped class one morning Now I m regretting every class I ever skipped because they don t offer morning classes anymore I miss going so much it s just not quite the same at home When I m dancing flowing I thought the screen recording would Record the music I was listening to while dancing but it did not So unfortunately I do not have the music synced up to what I was doing because I cannot hear what exactly was playing pole nakedpoledance poledance
