Gym Vlog Day 3 - Leg Day 2 Today I walked on the treadmill on an incline to start things out I did weighted step ups hip thrusts one-leg focused lunges abductor and adductor hip machines followed by a long stretch I also made my goal of 10 000 steps per day I feel like I see a little bit of gains already maybeeee fyp gym workout hairy armpits sweaty bigass thickthighs sweat
