When you find yourself in a situation where renovation takes precedence and there s no time for a snack Not sure if I ve shared this before but two years ago I decided to take out a mortgage for an apartment not wanting to miss out on a favorable loan rate I didn t have enough funds for renovations so I had to pay both the mortgage and rent simultaneously In winter when my YouTube channel started generating income I was finally able to kickstart the renovation process Then my channel got blocked and work came to a halt again But I m not giving up continuing the renovation slowly as opportunities arise I hope to move into my mortgage apartment by September
