I shared this video as a DM back in June but I want to share it again on the wall for all current and future supporters to see It s a personal life update checking in GFE style video that starts off well-mannered and sweet but naturally leads to a bit of seduction Lots of spreading and nice angles but mostly me sharing my stream of consciousness for 13 minutes In this video I talked about how I had been off the wagon for a while and how I wanted to get back to where I was before I lived in South America It feels good to watch this video today and realize that six months after filming it I am already 110 back to the body I am used to having It really goes to show how far a little discipline will take a person Consistency and dedication can fix any bad habit that we want to break Love yourself where you are at right now and love yourself enough to work toward feeling the very best you possibly could
