Can t release to the rest of the world yet But for y all I can The fully edited version of my first pole act in 87 years Enjoy Read the inspiration below Backstory I have been primarily known as a burlesque performer and have dedicated nearly 14 y e a r s of my life to that industry The longer I have spent the smaller my community began to get as my career became perceived as successful I struggled with trying to lead people to change their relationship with burlesque to incorporate anti-racist practices and to form a model of restorative justice rather than cancel and go away There have been a few humans who have proven to be steadfast through thick and thin and willing to celebrate the wins and offer support in the losses This song really resonated with me because having come back to s x work and pole I have had the chance to really reshape my place within community and what the has meant for me They re waiting and hoping I m not enough is what the last line says And more often than not I have felt that most people are waiting to see me fail Within this space online and a couple others that are not online I have been able to feel the sense of what it is to be enough and to be surrounded by others who think so too I hope you feel that same support I personally think that you yes you are enough lt 3 Thank you for being here
