I didn t really do yoga back in the day because it didn t seem like a challenge It seemed like something for people who didn t want to get a demanding workout But these days I can barely keep up with a beginner yoga routine In fact by the end of this video I was wiped out Tired hot aching I ve got no balance anymore and my poor muscles can t support the weight of my body I knew that I let myself get pretty far out of shape but I at least thought I had some muscles left under my chub from all of my time in the gym last year Nope This is a long workout session- nearly 30 minutes of various poses over a dozen in total With breaks in between to catch my breath jiggle my goodies and at the end peel off some of my lingerie to oil myself up just for you
