Stretching before League Games We ve started a fitness regiment revolving around our League of Legends games 1 Stretches and water before every game 2 If I win I do 15 squats amp 10 sit-ups 3 If I lose 20 squats amp 12 sit-ups This is gonna be great because it s really going to motivate me to work harder on my physical fitness something I used to worry about a lot but have slacked off of in the last couple months Wish me luck everyone
