I ve written many times about how my life without activity just withers away It s true - when I lead a sedentary lifestyle I feel lethargic apathetic and depressed But as soon as I start exercising regularly or spending time actively everything changes for the better Physical activity fills me with energy improves my mood and well-being I become more productive and positive Even a simple daily walk in the fresh air works wonders So I am determined to maintain an active lifestyle It is very important for my physical and psychological well-being When I am on the move my life really blossoms
