Iv been asked loads of times now to share some of my training on here This is a shoulder routine that I do at the start of my shoulder workout It gives me a really big pump and warms me up ready for the heavy compound work I do afterwards It s a giant set One exercise straight after the other with NO rest in between So one continuous set Each set is 10 reps except for the Shoulder presses which I do 20 of because the weight is so light I keep the same weight throughout So if you do it keep the weight light - I use 7 5kg dumbbells Make sure that you squeeze the dumbbell handles after every rep This makes the muscle contract more It makes it harder though You will definitely feel the burn but push through it Be mindful of your form That s what the mirrors in the gym are there for Keep watching your posture and correcting yourself when you need to Take notice of the different hand positions as they count Overhand hammer I do this giant set at least 3 times over Each giant set should take around 8 and half minutes Once Iv done this I move on to my other shoulder exercises If you do give this a try - let me know how you got on
