Mental Monday I m still a little sick and beat up from my tournament on May 12th and it s made me reflect on how much I ve neglected some things my body has been telling me to work on So thanks to some guidance I am addressing some much needed tightness and adjusting my training regime FOR LIFE Take this as a sign to stop neglecting whatever it is you ve been putting off whether it s the dishes family or an injury Start fixing those problems today like I am with my back and neck See you soon boys
