Hi everyone My partner saw a recipe for chocolate pudding he asked me to cook it buying all the ingredients - chocolate and gelatin I had milk I started cooking 2 chocolate bars and 750 ml milk 7 grams of gelatin 80 grams of Sugar Having poured the sugar and gelatin into the milk I set it to cook over low heat stirring constantly bringing it to a hot state I poured in the chocolate and after stirring until smooth poured everything into a bag of milk but I think it s better to use small rubber molds so it cools faster I can say that it was very chocolatey bitter for me I m not a fan of dark chocolate - and I would have been better off using milk chocolate
