Recently my body has not been cooperating you know when you re sick and everything just aches and is uncomfortable I m not sick but that s what I feel like I m in this cycle where I don t want to do things because I need rest recover but because I m not stretching loosing everything up I become stiff and achy so yesterday I did about an hour of light stretching rehab and then laid on my acupuncture mat which I need to do way more than I am It was BEAUTIFUL outside for the first time in a while High 80s ish Just felt so nice to move around outside and not be baking in 100 heat I know I destroyed my body with gymnastics lots of computer editing work definitely does not help I m actually terrified of getting old and what that s going to feel like
