Randomly decided to try this bc all I have been doing recently are my go to rehab maintain drills and done The last time I tried this pose was over a year ago but I was feeling good The first time I tried I didn t record it and of course that was my best attempt by far In these 2 attempts I struggled to get the bottom knee in closer to my body I can get more into this when I rely more on low back flexibility and less shoulder Honestly I was pretty shocked I was even still capable so I will take it
