Two clips from my last two leg days I completely forgot to post but here they are Went somewhat heavy on both of these compound lifts A squat press machine that you see in the first clip my personal favorite This machine targets the entirety of the leg but most of the focus on the glutes and hamstrings The second clip is the 45 degree hack squat which targets more of the quads More quad work typically means more pressure on the knees hence the dramatic weight difference between the two apparatuses Good knees bad knees Good back bad back It doesn t matter you push thru it and do it Do it smartly of course but don t give yourself a way out just because you re in pain or worse yet tired You re tired Who cares As adults I think we re always tired So what Get your ass up and do what is needed Period
