Melted ice cream chug I was going to do a gallon but I figured the melting process would ve been a nightmare Total is 3 quarts and I am maybe glad I did not do the gallon I was filled to the brim and I do not think I could hold another drop Total calories was 3 060 for the 3 quarts Total calories that day was nearly 6 000 from my other meals
