Hi everyone I want to sincerely apologize for not posting as frequently lately I have recently been through a number of highly critical and traumatic calls EMS and it has took a negative toll on my mental health I have been stuck in a rut and generally unwell because of this It is not an excuse but an explanation If you have stuck around for this long I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart I really hope I start feeling better and I look forward to interacting with you all more frequently For now have this short video
