Fitness is a lot like a plant This one may not be real but we re going to pretend it is If you want a plant to grow you have to water it daily give it sunlight Fitness is no different If you want to see the gains or progress you have to continue working out in the gym or getting some sort of physical activity daily eating enough macronutrients for your goals drinking enough water as our bodies need the hydration So the next time you think of your favorite plant or flower think about how it doesn t grow overnight It s a process just like fitness There s no miracle pill just taking the long route for a sustainable healthy way of living
