Good morning students Our body needs daily physical stimulation We must not stop giving it exercise That concept is clear In fact you may have noticed in my videos that I often repeat certain exercises or increase their difficulty Well here s why The body has a remarkable ability adaptability This means that over weeks or months exercises that once felt difficult become easier or even easy That s a sign your body has overcome them It has rebuilt itself to handle them more efficiently in other words a physical transformation When we reach this point it s essential to increase the intensity of the workout or introduce a new exercise Why Because we need to keep challenging the body so it stays in that constant state of adaptation and progress
