Hey guys I added an Amazon Wishlist if you want to check it out also Workout of the Day Chest Triceps 45 mins total Flat bench press - 3 sets of 10 reps Incline bench press - 3 sets of 10 reps Standing cable chest fly - 3 sets of 10 reps Tricep rope pulldowns - 3 sets of 10 reps Skullcrushers - 3 sets of 10 reps Overhead tricep extensions - 3 sets of 10 reps Incline treadmill - 15 mins 30 second breaks between sets I m not recommending this routine for everyone but this is a great beginner chest tricep routine
