The week is more than half way over and i m almost done with my goals so I wanted to give you guys a quick update and share my list so far i have completing 3 strength sessions upper and lower body complete 150 minutes of cardio incorporate yoga into my routine at least 3 times drinking 2-3 liters of water everyday and getting at least 7-8 hours of proper sleep every night I d love to know what your goals were
