So I started going to our residential gym and I have once again like before fallen in love with the CAGE ITS MY FAVORITE THING THERE AND I WANT ONE OF MY OWN SOMEDAY because when I do this crazy shit I get many judging glares from fellow females who are just running in place like a hamster on their treadmills lol I don t give too many fucks about them but I know I would feel so much more comfortable being able to have one of these babies in the comfort of my own home lol SOMEDAY I love working on flexibly and every time I go to the gym now I notice small improvements I love going live with I do it too to share that anyone can do it too just start from where you are Let me know if y all would like me to post more of this when I go to the gym haha I sped the video up to 30 seconds then the next slide is just the regular speed
