I think I m going to start sharing my flexibility progress through here I hope someday to be able to karate kick a beverage out of a really tall guys hand That is what all the training is for The opportunity in that singular moment lmao But truly I think it would be so cool to look back on this and see that this was not easy for me to do in the beginning I had to work every single day listening to my body and not going to far somedays I can reach my leg up further than I ve ever gone before then the next day I feel I can barely do half of that That s alright The joy is in the journey I love doing this shit It gets me focus on just me myself and this physical thing I m stuck with called my body We dance together and have a really good time every time I know that whatever this is is merely training For something I don t know what yet but it s going to be amazing and so beautiful and one of my favorite things on the planet to do Just wait
